| 摘 要： | 目的]观察损伤控制性手术（DCS）在严重胰腺损伤病人救治中的应用效果,探讨其护理措施。方法]将41例严重胰腺损伤病人随机分为两组,观察组26例,对照组15例,观察组采用DCS治疗,对照组采用传统手术方式。比较两组病人的治疗效果。结果]观察组术后pH值高于对照组,体温、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间等均低于对照组（P均〈0.05）;观察组术后并发症及死亡均少于对照组（P均〈0.05）。结论]在严重胰腺损伤病人救治中应用DCS治疗优于传统手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effects of application of damage control surgery（DCS） on the treatment of severe pancreatic injury patients and to probe into nursing interventions for it.Methods：A total of 41 severe pancreatic injury patients were randomly divided into observation group（n=26,15 cases were male） and control group.Patients in observation group accepted DCS treatment.Patients in control group accepted traditional surgery.Then therapeutic effects of the two group cases were compared.Results：Postoperative pH of observation group patients was higher than that of control group cases.The body temperature（T）,prothrombin time（PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT） and LA of observation group cases were all lower than that of control group cases（P0.05）.Postoperative complications and death cases of observation group were all less than that of control group cases（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of DCS for severe pancreatic injury patients is superior to the traditional surgery. |
