肠内营养鼻肠管堵塞的原因分析及预防护理

[目的]分析肠内营养鼻肠管堵塞的原因,总结预防护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析34例胃癌手术病人术后行鼻肠管肠内营养的临床资料。[结果]3例病人出现鼻肠管堵塞,发生率为8.82%,其中鼻肠管打折1例,营养液阻塞2例。[结论]鼻肠管打折、营养液阻塞是肠内营养鼻肠管堵塞常见原因;妥善固定鼻肠管、避免营养液过于黏稠、预防营养液沉淀可有效减少鼻肠管堵塞的发生。

Analysis of the causes of nasointestinal tube obstruction of patients accepying enteral nutrition and its preventive nursing

Objective：It analyzed the causes of nasointestinal tube obstruction of patients accepting enteral nutrition and summarized preventive nursing measures.Methods：Clinical data of 34 postoperative stomach cancer patients accepting enteral nutrition via nasointestinal tube were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Only 3 cases complicated with nasointestinal tube obstruction（one was nasointestinal tube folded and two were with nutrient solution obstruction）.The incidence rate of obstruction was 8.82%.Conclusion： The common causes of nasointestinal tube obstruction were nasointestinal tube folded and nutrient solution obstruction.To fix nasointestinal tube properly,to avoid the nutrient solution too thick and to prevent nutrient solution sediment can effectively decrease the incidence of nasointestinal tube obstruction.
