换药加红外线理疗治疗难愈合伤口的效果观察

目的]探讨常规换药配合红外线理疗对难愈合胫骨前皮肤软组织损伤的治疗效果。方法]将60例小腿胫前皮肤损伤病人随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组先清洗伤口或清创,在理疗20min后根据伤口情况使用换药材料及包扎。对照组先清洗伤口或清创,根据伤口情况使用换药材料及包扎。结果]观察组病人伤口愈合时间短于对照组,伤口愈合疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]常规换药配合红外线理疗能促进胫前伤口早日愈合。

Observation on the effect of changing dressings combining with infrared physical therapy to treat patients with hard-to-heal wound

Objective：To probe into therapeutic effect of conventional changing dressings combining with infrared physical therapy for healing of patients with skin and soft tissue damage on anterior border of tibia.Methods：A total of 60 patients with skin and soft tissue damage on anterior border of tibia were randomly divided into observation group and control group.After cleaning wound or debridement,patients of observation group accepted physiotherapy for 20 minutes,then according to the wound changed fresh dressing and packing.Patients of control group only changed dressings and packing after cleaned the wound or debridement.Results：The time of wound healing of observation group patients was shorter than that of control group cases.There was statistical significant difference between them（P0.05）.Conclusion：Conventional changing dressings combining with infrared physical therapy can promote the earlier healing of patients with wound an anterior border of the tibia.
