心理干预对前列腺电切术病人生存质量的影响

目的]探讨心理干预对良性前列腺增生病人生存质量的影响。方法]将64例行尿道前列腺电切术的病人随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上进行心理干预。采用问卷调查法,对两组病人护理工作满意度及术后4个月时的生存质量进行比较。结果]实验组护理工作满意度明显高于对照组,生存质量中一般健康状况、精力、生理机能、性生活满意度等明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]对前列腺电切术病人实施心理干预可提高病人对护理工作的满意度及病人的生存质量。

Influence of psychological intervention on living quality of patients accepting prostate electrocision

objective：To probe into the influence of psychological intervention on living quality of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients.Methods：A total of 64 patients accepting transurethral prostate electrocision were randomly divided into test group and control group 32 cases each.Patients of control group accepted conventional nursing care.On the basis of routine nursing,patients of test group had accepted psychological intervention.By adopting questionnaire,both satisfaction degree of patients toward nursing job and quality of life at 4 months after operation between the two groups were compared.Results：The satisfaction degree of patients toward nursing job in test group was significantly better than that of control group.General health state,energy,physiological function and satisfaction degree of sexual life in living quality of test group patients were significantly better than that of control group cases（P0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological intervention for patients accepting prostate electrocision can promote satisfaction degree of patients toward nursing job and their living quality.
