护理干预对全身麻醉后留置尿管病人复苏期躁动的影响

目的]探讨护理干预对全身麻醉后留置尿管病人复苏期躁动的影响。方法]将100例胸外科全身麻醉男性手术病人随机分成实验组和对照组。对照组气管插管全身麻醉后,按照常规插入14 Fr~16 Fr双腔导尿管留置导尿;实验组除按对照组条件外尚进行心理疏导、插尿管前从尿道注入液状石蜡、复苏期按摩、热敷下腹部等综合护理干预措施。比较两组病人复苏期尿管刺激反应及躁动程度。结果]实验组病人复苏期尿管刺激症状及躁动情况显著低于对照组病人。结论]综合护理干预可减少全身麻醉后留置尿管病人复苏期尿管刺激症状及躁动发生率,帮助病人安全、平稳度过麻醉复苏期,减少并发症的发生。

Observation on nursing intervention for restless patients with detaining urinary catheter after general anesthesia in reanimation period

Objective：To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on restless patients with detaining urinary catheter after general anesthesia in reanimation period.Methods：A total of 100 male patients undergoing general anesthesia from thoracic department were randomly divided into test group and control group.Patients in control group accepted the catheterization according to conventional insertion 14 to 16 Fr dual-chamber urinary catheter after tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.Besides,patients in test group had accepted comprehensive nursing intervention such as psychological counseling,pouring in the paraffin oil from the urethra before the catheterization,massage in reanimation period and hot compress of lower abdomen.Then catheter stimulation reactions and restless degree of the two group patients were compared.Results：Catheter stimulation symptoms and restless degree of patients in reanimation period in test group were significantly lower than that of patients in control group.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence rate of catheter stimulation reactions and restless degree of patients with detaining urinary catheter after general anesthesia in reanimation period.It can help patients to pass the anesthesia reanimation period in stable and reduce complications.
