| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨护理干预对肝硬化合并上消化道出血病人心理改善的临床效果。[方法]对45例肝硬化合并上消化道出血病人给予基础护理同时进行针对性的心理护理。[结果]45例病人护理干预后90项症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分较护理干预前降低（P〈0.05）。[结论]对肝硬化合并上消化道出血病人给予针对性的心理护理和基础护理,可有效改善病人心理状态。

| Abstract: | Objective：To probe into the clinical effect of nursing intervention on improving psychological state of liver cirrhosis patients complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods：A total of 45 cases of liver cirrhosis patients complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were given targeted psychological nursing besides the basic nursing care.Results：The SCL-90 score of 45 cases of patients after nursing intervention were higher than that of before intervention（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Targeted nursing intervention for liver cirrhosis patients complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can significantly improve their psychological state. |
