龙血竭乙醇溶液加金黄散外敷治疗静脉炎的效果观察

目的]观察龙血竭加金黄散外敷治疗静脉炎的效果。方法]选取静脉炎病人64例,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组单独应用金黄散外敷,每天1次;观察组将龙血竭乙醇溶液外涂静脉炎部位,待干后再将涂有金黄散的纱布敷在其上,外包塑料薄膜,每天1次,观察并比较两种方法疗效。结果]龙血竭加金黄散外敷治疗静脉炎总有效率为100.00%,单用金黄散外敷总有效率为71.88%。结论]龙血竭加金黄散外敷可有效治疗静脉炎,其效果明显优于单用金黄散外敷。

Observation of the effect of external applying of dracaena alcoholic solution combined with Jinhuangsan in treatment of phlebitis

Objective：To observe the effect of external applying of dracaena alcoholic solution combined with Jinhuangsan in treatment of phlebitis. Methods ： 64 patients with phlebitis were randomly divided into control group （n=32） and observation group （n=32）. Patients in control group adopted external applying of Jinhuangsan （once daily）, while patients in observation group applied dracaena alcoholic solution on the positions of phlebitis to be dry, then the bandage coated with Jinhuangsan was also applied, finally a plastic casing film was used to wrap up the positions of phlebitis （once daily）. Then we observed and compared the effects of the two methods. Results：The total effective rate of dracaena alcoholic solution combined with Jinhuangsan in treatment of phlebitis was 100% ,while the total effective rate of external applying of Jinhuangsan in treatment of phlebitis was 71.88%. Conclusion：The applying of dracaena alcoholic solution combined with Jinhuangsan can effectively treat the phlebitis. The effect is superior to that of external applying of Jinhuangsan.
