| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨椎板截骨回植腰椎管扩大成形椎间盘切除的临床应用效果.方法：手术治疗腰椎间盘突出伴侧椎管狭窄症36例.术中应用薄骨刀于关节突的内侧缘斜形截骨,完整取下椎板及棘突,扩大侧椎管,切除突出椎间盘,回植椎板.结果：36例中31例获得6～36个月随访,优25例,良3例,可3例,差无,优良率90.2%.结论：本术式腰椎管扩大,减少瘢痕粘连,效果确切.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of the discectomy plus former lamina osteotomy regrafted into the expanded lumbar spinal canalMethods:From July.2002 to Jun.2005,36 cases of lumbar disc protrusion accompanying lateral recess stenosis were treated with cutting off medial parts of the articular process totally by sharp osteotomes,enlarging the lateral recess,resecting the lumbar disc,and reconstructing the removed lamina of vertebral arch.Results:31 of 36 cases were followed up for 6-36 months,30 cases were excellent,3 good,3 fair.The excellent ratio was 90.2%.Conclusion:Enlargement of lumbar spinal canal is effective for preventing adhesion.[ |
