我院心理咨询门诊1000例分析

本文总结了综合医院心理咨询门诊1000例资料,发现来访者主要是35岁以下的学生和青年工人,所患疾病大多数是神经症(63.3%)、精神病(13.5%)、心身疾病(10.2%)。讨论了心理咨询与药物治疗、社会治疗的关系,并呼吁形成全社会各医院都开展心理咨询的气氛,建立心理咨询体系。

Analysis of 1000 Outpatients With Psychological Consultation

This article summarizes the data of 1000 outpatients with psychological consultation in the general hospital.We found that the major patients seeking advice were students and workers aged less than 35 years.Most of their diseases were neu- rosis.(63.3%),psychosis(13.5%)and psychosomatic diseases(10.2%).The rela- tions among psychological consultation,medicament treatment and social treatment are discussed,We appeal to all the hospitals of the whole society to develope psy- chological consultation and set up the system of psychological consultation.
