石斛类药材的红外光谱鉴别研究及其抗氧化活性比较

摘    要:目的:探讨石斛类药材的红外光谱鉴别方法及其抗氧化活性。方法:对12种石斛的水浸出物粉末的KBr压片进行了红外光谱测定,采用比色法比较它们对超氧阴离子和羟自由基的清除作用。结果:不同来源石斛的红外光谱和抗氧化活性有一定的差别,除报春石斛、流苏石斛有促进超氧阴离子自由基生成作用外,其余10种石斛类药材均有清除超氧阴离子和羟自由基的作用。结论:石斛类药材的红外光谱可以作为其种间鉴别的辅助手段。

Abstract:Objective: To analysis the IR spectra of 12 species from caulis dendrobii genus and its antioxidative activities. Methods: IR spectra of water extracts from 12 plants were obtained on a FT/IR infrared spectrometer with KBr discs, antioxidative activities have been determined using colorimetry method. Results: There some difference on the IR spectra and antioxidative activities between different species of Dnedrobium most of them have the abilities of scavenging active oxygen, except for D. primulinum Lindl. D. fimbriatum Hook. Conclusion: The IR spectra of 12 caulis dendrobii species might be utilized for its original authentication.
