摘    要:白内障是我国首位致盲原因。近来 ,对白内障发病机制的研究正在广泛进行。在白内障的发生中 ,氧化损伤机制的研究已经明确。应用抗氧化剂 ,针对氧化损伤机制进行白内障的预防与治疗逐渐成为科研的热点。肌肽是一种优良的抗氧化剂。对白内障发生的氧化损伤机制和肌肽用于白内障治疗的可能性进行综述 ,为白内障抗氧化治疗的研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:Cataracts remain a leading cause of blindness worldwide.Recently,the study on the mechanisms of lens opacification is widely carryed out.The principle of oxidative damage in the development of cataracts has been clearly understood.According to this principle,application of antioxidants in preventing and treating cataracts has become a hot topic.The mechanisms of oxidative damage in the development of lens opacification and the possibility of carnosine for treating cataracts are reviewed in an attempt to offer theoretical foundation for the further study of antioxidation.
