摘    要:目的:研究泽漆Euphorbia helioscopia的多酚类成分。方法:用Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40,硅胶等柱色谱技术,结合制备液相和重结晶方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定了10个化合物,即没食子酸(1),没食子酸甲酯(2),连苯三酚(3),(-)-莽草酸-4—O-没食子酸酯(4),(-)-莽草酸-5-O-没食子酸酯(5),1—O-没食子酰基-2,3-六羟基联苯二甲酰基-a—D-吡喃葡萄糖(6),1,3,6-三-O-没食子酰基侈D-吡喃葡萄糖(7),1,2,3,6-四-O-没食子酰基-声-D-吡喃葡萄糖(8),间二苯酚(9),没食子酸-4-D-(6'-O-没食子酰基)β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(10)。结论:化合物3-10为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM: To study the polyphenol constituents from Euphorbia helioscopia. METHODS: The compounds were isolated and purified by Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40, silica gel column chromatography, preparative liquid chromatography, and recrystallization. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated and elucidated as: gallic acid (1), methyl gallate (2), pyrogallol(3), (-)-shikimic acid-4-O-gallate (4), (-)-shikimic acid-5-O-gallate (5), 1-O-galloyl-2, 3-HHDP-a-D-glucose (6), 1, 3, 6-tri-O-galloyl-β-D- glucose (7), 1, 2, 3, 6-tetra-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose(8), resorcinol (9), gallic acid-4-O-(6'-O-galloyl)-fl-D-glucose (10). CONCLUSION: Compounds 3-10 have been isolated from this plant for the first time.
