摘    要:目的:从子囊菌中寻找抗HIV-1活性的新结构化合物。方法:应用硅胶VLC,Sephadex LH-20及反相HPLC分离化合物,根据MS,NMR等光谱技术鉴定了平面结构,并通过CD手性激子方法测定了绝对立体化学。结果:分离得到3个azaphilone类化合物,分别命名为helotialins A—C(1-3)。结论:化合物1-3为新化合物,化合物1和2具有中等的抗HIV-1活性。

Abstract:AIM: To search for anti-HIV-1 metabolites from the cultures of helotialean ascomycete. METHODS: Helotialins A-C (1-3) were purified from the crude extract using silica gel VLC, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and reversed-phase HPLC. The structures of 1-3 were determined by NMR spectroscopy, and their absolute configurations were assigned by CD excitation chirality method. RESULTS: Helotialins A-C (1-3) were identified as three new azaphilone analogues. CONCLUSION: Compounds I and 2 displayed inhibitory effects on HIV-1 replication in C8166 cells.
