枇杷叶的化学成分

摘    要:目的:研究枇杷(Eriobotrya japonica) 叶的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱技术进行分离, 根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从枇杷叶中分离得到14个化合物, 分别鉴定为:2α,3α,19α-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(1)、arjunolic acid(2)、methyl 2α-hydroxyursolate(3)、马斯里酸甲酯(methyl maslinate 4)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid 5)、熊果酸(ursolic acid 6)、2α羟基熊果酸(2α-hydroxyursolic acid 7)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸(maslinicacid 8)、2α,3α-ursolia acids(9)、蔷薇酸(tormentic acid 10)、vomifoliol(11)、鼠李柠檬素(rhamnocitrin 12)、槲皮素-4′-O-β-D-半乳糖(quercetin-4′-O-β-D-galactoside 13)、eugenyl β-rutinoside(14)。结论:化合物1~3、12~14为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:AIM: To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Eriobotrya japonica. METHODS: Manifold chromatographic methods were used to separate the chemical constituents, and the chemical structures were determined by spectral data. RESULTS: Fourteen compounds were obtained and the structures were identified as 2a,3a,19a-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (1), arjunolic acid (2), methyl 2a-hydroxyursolate (3), methyl maslinate (4), oleanolic acid (5), ursolic acid (6), corosolic acid (7), maslinicacid (8), 2a,3a-dihydroxyursolic acid (9), tormentic acid (10), vomifoliol (11), rhamnocitrin (12), quercetin-4'-O-β-D-galactoside (13) and eugenyl β-rutinoside (14). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-3, 12-14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
