| 摘 要： | 中药的创新与发展需要引入和采用最新的生物技术支持。以基因工程技术为核心的现代生物技术，为中药药效评价研究提供了新的思路和方法。本文从中药的药理作用及其机制和中药物质基础两个方面，分析了基因工程技术在中药药效评价领域的应用，并且对研究现状和存在的一些问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The development and innovation of Chinese medicine requires the most advanced biotechnology. As the core of modern biotechnology, genetic engineering technology provides a new method for studying the effect of Chinese medicine. This article explores comprehensively the possibility of applying genetic engineering to the field of pharmacological evaluation of Chinese medicine from the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of Chinese medicine, and material foundation of Chinese medicine. In addition, this paper discusses current research progress and existing problems. |
