摘    要:目的:研究红芪(Hedysarum polybotrys)的化学成分。方法:运用各种色谱方法分离化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从红芪中分离并鉴定得到1个化合物,鉴定为(E)-3-(4-羟基-2-甲氧基)-苯丙烯酸-4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯酯。结论:该化合物为新化合物。

A New Phenylpropionate Derivative from the Rhizomes of Hedysarum polybotrys

Abstract:AIM: To study the chemical constituents from the rhizome of Hedysarum polybotrys. METHODS: Chemical constituents were isolated by chromatographic methods and the structures were elucidated by NMR spectra and physicochemical properties. RESULTS: A new phenylpropionate derivative was isolated from the rhizome of Hedysarum polybotrys. Its structure was established as (E)-3-(4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenyl)-propenoic acid 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl ester. CONCLUSION: The compound is a new phenylpropionate derivative.
