摘    要:目的:研究灯台树叶中的非生物碱化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱技术分离、光谱技术(核磁共振,质谱和红外)鉴定结构。结果:从灯台树叶中分离得到两个C13-降异戊二烯衍生物:megastigmane-3β,4a,9-triol(1)和7-megastigmene-3,6,9-triol(2)。结论:化合物1是一个新化合物。

Abstract:AIM: To study the non-alkaloidal chemical constituents of the leaves of Alstonia scholaris. METHOD: Silica gel and C18 reversed phase silica gel were used. The structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods (NMR, MS and IR). RESULT: Two C13-norisoprenoids were isolated and their structures were identified as megastigmane-3β, 4a, 9-triol (1) and 7-megastigmene-3,6,9-triol (2). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new compound.
