中西医结合预防动脉粥样硬化闭塞症的实验研究

目的 从中西医结合角度探讨预防动脉硬化闭塞症（ＡＳＯ）的方法并佐证其优越性。方法：选择４０只健康雄性新西兰家兔，随机等分为四组，在ＡＳＯ模型诱导过程中分别饲以高脂、高胆固醇饲料和富含中药（丹参、川芎、七叶一枝花等）、西药（Ｌ－精胺酸）以及中西药（前二者之和）高脂高胆固醇饲料；观察实验前后血脂、胆固醇、超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）、内皮素（ＥＴ）、一氧化氮（ＮＯ）的变化，并对动脉粥

The prophylatic study of atherosclerosis obliterans with integrated Chinese and western medicine

OBJECTIVE:Try to select the rational method to prevent ASO by methods of integrated Chinese and western medicine. METHODS:Forty healthy male Newzealand rabbit were divided into 4 groups which were given Chinese medicine (Tong sai mai pian et al), western medicine (L-arginine), integrated Chinese and western medicine, and not any medicine respectively. All rabbits were given ASO inducing method through mechanical injuries, immune injuries and hypercholesterol fodder raising. The serum glyceride, serum cholesterol, serum SOD, serum LPO, plasma endothelins and nitric oxide were observed successively. Iliofemoral arteriograph, the extent of atherosclerosis and the pathology were examined at the end of the experiment. RESULTS:None of the experimental rabbits were ASO, while the control rabbits were ASO. All prophylatic methods had the function to resist the injuries of hyperglyceride, hypercholesterol, hyperendothelins and oxygen radical, moreover, and the effect to inhibit the decrease of NO and to diminish the extent of atheroscerosis, especially for the integrated Chinese and western medicine group. The pathological and angiographic examination also showed the same results. CONCLUSION:It is effectively to resistant the ASO by using this integrated Chinese and western medicine method.
