某高校教职工高血压患者用药依从性及其影响因素的研究

目的 调查高校高血压患者用药依从性,研究其特点和影响因素.方法 2006年9月至2007年1月对南京某高校教职工中641例高血压患者进行了问卷调查,用多元Logistic回归进行用药依从性影响因素的分析.结果 在这组高血压患者中,整体用药依从率低,为37.01%;其中文化程度高者,用药依从性差;年龄大、参与治疗方案制定、睡眠质量好、知道一旦患病就应该服药的患者用药依从性好(P＜0.05).结论 针对高校高血压患者用药依从性差的特点及影响因素进行健康教育,可以提高患者用药依从性.

Study on the drug use and influence of compliance in hypertensive patients in a university

Objective To analyze the influence factors of compliance for drug use in hypertensive patients.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 641 hypertensive patients in a university in Nanjing from September 2006 to January 2007.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influence factors of compliance.Results In the research,medication compliance was generally not good,the medication compliance rate of the 641 patients was only 37.01%.Patients with a high level of education showed a low level of therapeutic compliance,while high compliance was found in patients who were advanced in age,or were involved in therapy,or who were aware of the importance of immediate treatment,or who had good sleep quality.Conclusion Health education,in which knowledge on hypertension is the most important,is the way to improve the compliance.
