必需元素在镉致睾丸脂质过氧化损伤中的作用

摘    要:为研究必需元素在镉致睾丸批质过氧化损伤中的作用,用氯化对成年雄性SD大鼠进行腹腔染毒,观察睾丸中必需元素、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的变化情况。结果显示,高剂量组锌含量、SOD活性显著降低,铁、钙及MDA含量显著升高。提示,镉染毒后睾丸中必需元素如锌和铁可能通过影响抗氧化酶的活性或直接参与催化自由基的形成等机制引起自由基产生增多,诱发脂质过氧化。

Function of Essential Elements in Lipid Peroxidation of Testis Caused by Cadmiun
Abstract:To study the mechanism of lipid peroxidation in testis caused by cadmium,cadmium chloride of different doses(0 2,0 4,0 8 mg Cd/kg body weight)was administrated ip to the adult male Sprague|Dawley rats.After 7 days,the contents of essential elements,activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)in testes were determined.The results showed that in the high dose group the contents of zinc and activities of SOD decreased while the contents of MDA,iron and calcium increased significantly.It suggested that the essential elements such as zinc and iron may produce free radicals and cause lipid peroxidation by inhibiting the activity of antioxidase or direct catalyzing the radical production.
