| 摘 要： | 通过对英国的NPfIT、加拿大的Health Infoway和美国的NHIN等国际区域医疗信息共享系统项目的基本情况、技术特点、实施进展情况和一些经验、教训进行综合分析,提出必须高度重视区域医疗信息共享的艰巨性和复杂性、必须注重医疗机构基础信息系统建设和信息安全保障、必须注重系统建设相关的政策问题等对我国区域医疗信息共享系统建设的主要借鉴之处。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the study of status, technical characteristics, progress in the implementation and experiences of NPf IT in United Kingdom, Health Infoway in Canada and NHIN in the United States, the difficulties and the relative policies of building regional medical information sharing system were emphasized. Furthermore, hospital basic information system construction and information security should be also highlighted. |
