| 摘 要： | 用慢性Ｂ淋巴细胞白血病患者外周血白血病细胞免疫ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠，以Ｂ淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术产生了三种单克隆抗体，分别命名为ＳＭＵ＿（１０）、ＳＭＵ＿（１１）ＳＭＵ＿（１２）。初步鉴定的结果表明，（１）ＳＭＵ＿（１０）、ＳＭＵ＿（１１）是抗成熟阶段Ｂ细胞及浆细胞的单抗，二者的特性及反应谱相类似；（２）ＳＭＵ＿（１２）是一非系限性单抗，与成熟Ｔ细胞、分化后期的Ｂ细胞及部分粒单细胞反应；（３）ＳＭＵ＿（１０）、ＳＭＵ＿（１１）、ＳＭＵ＿（１２）可较好地判明白血病细胞的来源及Ｂ细胞的分化阶段，在白血病的免疫学分型中具有实用价值；（４）三株单抗是新的抗Ｂ细胞特异性单抗。

| Abstract: | Three new monoclonal antibodies SMU_(10), SMU_(11),SMU_(12) were praduced by fusing SP 2/0 murine myeloma cells and BALB/c murine spleen cells immunized with B-CLL cells. A preliminary identification for the McAbs indicate:(1)SMU_(10), SMU_(11), are the antibodies against the mature B lymphocytes and plasma cells, their characterization and reactivity spectrum are similar; (2)SMU_(12) is a non-lineage McAb which reacts with mature T lymphocytes, late stage B cells and some of the granulocytes and monocytes; (3) In the analysis of leukemia immunophenotype, SMU_(10), SMU_(11) and SMU_(12) can give us a better classification for the origin of leukemia cells and the differentiation stage of B lymphocyte; (4) The reactivities of the three McAbs to B cells are specific and different from the other McAbs against B cells. |
