泌尿系统的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染及其耐药性研究

摘    要:目的了解泌尿系统耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染的现状及其耐药性。方法采用NCCLS制订的方法和标准测定从泌尿系统感染标本中分离的282株金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性,通过WHONET-3统计分析。结果本组MRSA占同期金黄色葡萄球菌感染的656%,其中以肾盂引流液、血液和伤口分泌物分离的MRSA比例较高。全部MRSA均对青霉素,氨苄青霉素和苯唑西林耐药;对第一、二、三代头孢类抗生素、氨基糖甙类和新型喹诺酮类抗生素均有程度不同的耐药,仅万古霉素和伊米配能对其仍敏感。结论对严重MRSA感染应在药敏试验指导下选用敏感抗生素治疗。

Abstract:Objective To study urinary infection caused by methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSAs). Methods 282 strains of staphylococcus aureus causing urinary infection were analysed using the method and standard of the National Committee of Clinical Laboratory Standard(NCCLS). Results MRSA was isolated in 65.6% of the cases,the occurrence being the highest in renal pelvis drain,blood sample and wound exudate.All MRSA were resistant to penicillin and many of them to cephalosporins.All the MRSA were sensitive to vancomycin and imipenem. Conclusions In the treatment of MRSA infection,sensitive antiobiotics should be selected with the guidance of drug sensitivity test.
