腹膜后纤维化致肾积水(附五例报告)

目的　提高腹膜后纤维化的诊治水平。　方法　报告收治的腹膜后纤维化致肾积水患者５ 例。　结果　原发性腹膜后纤维化４ 例，采用输尿管松解、带蒂大网膜包裹治疗，随访６ ～４０ 个月，肾功能正常，肾积水基本消失。继发性腹膜后纤维化１ 例，因肾积水严重，行患肾切除，随访３６ 个月，对侧肾功能正常。　结论　逆行肾盂造影是腹膜后纤维化重要的诊断手段，带蒂大网膜包裹术是有效的治疗方法。

Hydronephrosis caused by retroperitoneal fibrosis (report of 5 cases)

Objective To present and evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of 5 cases of retroperitoneal fibrosis causing hydronephrosis. Methods The cases were reviewed and evaluated.Results The retroperitoneal fibrosis was idiopathic in 4 and the involved ureters were dissoluted on open surgery and the dissoluted ureter was then enveloped with a piece of pediculated omentum.The patients have been followed up for 6 to 40 months with normal renal function and the involved kidneys normal in size and shape.The other case had a serious hydronephrosis caused by secondary retroperitoneal fibrosis and unilateral nephrectomy was conducted.The patient has been followed up for 36 months with the remaining kidney normal in function,size and shape. Conclusions Retrograde urogram is very important in the diagnosis of the condition.Enveloping the dissoluted ureter with a piece of pediculated omentum is very effective.
