精密附着体义齿修复倾斜基牙三维有限元模型的建立

摘    要:目的基于Mimics医学图像处理系统的CT法快速建模新思路,建立几何相似性好、可灵活组装的修复倾斜磨牙的精密附着体义齿三维有限元模型。方法以牙列完整的成人下颌骨为标本,进行螺旋CT扫描后将图像传输至Mimics系统进行三维重建,在运用FreeForm对三维模型进行修改后,运用ANSYS10.0对三维模型进行网格划分,建立有限元模型。结果探索基于Mimics、FreeForm软件的快速建模新方法;获得几何相似性好、可拆卸的精密附着体义齿修复倾斜磨牙的三维有限元模型。结论应用高精度螺旋CT成像、Mimics、FreeForm和ANSYS相结合的方法建立精密附着体义齿修复倾斜磨牙三维有限元模型是切实有效和可行的。

Abstract:Objective To explore a new method to construct the three-dimensional finite element model of tilted abutment with precision attachment fixed denture (PAD) using Materialise's interactive medical image control system (Mimics). Methods The mandible with full-arch teeth was scanned with spiral CT and the images were transferred into the Mimics 10.01 software to obtain the three-dimensional images. The FreeForm software was employed to modify the three-dimensional model. The ANSYS10.0 software was used to mesh the three-dimensional model and to establish the finite element model. Results A detachable three-dimensional finite element model of tilted abutment with PAD was constructed analogously and rapidly based on Mimics and FreeForm software, which could be flexibly reassembled. Conclusions The method of constructing the three-dimensional finite element model of tilted abutment with PAD is feasible and effective. The geometrical analogy of the model is greatly improved by using high-definition spiral CT, Mimics, FreeForm and ANSYS software.
