辛伐他汀对老年高血压降压治疗的影响

目的：观察辛伐他汀对老年高血压降压治疗中对血压和脉压的影响。方法：将经氨氯地平（5mg,1次/d）降血压治疗后达到轻度高血压标准的老年高血压患者66例随机分为两组,辛伐他汀组36例和对照组30例。对照组采用低脂、低盐饮食及按原剂量服用氨氯地平;辛伐他汀组在此基础上加用辛伐他汀10mg,每天睡前服用1次,连续服用12周,比较两组治疗前及治疗12周时血压和脉压的变化。结果：辛伐他汀组治疗12周前后收缩压分别为（148±8）mmHg与（132±7）mmHg（1mmHg=0.1333kPa）;脉压分别为（64±9）mmHg与（49±9）mmHg,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;12周时两组间比较,辛伐他汀组优于对照组,收缩压分别为（132±7）mmHg与（146±9）mmHg,脉压为（49±9）mmHg与（63±9）mmHg,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：老年高血压降压治疗中,应用常规剂量辛伐他汀治疗可以起到降低血压的作用。

Effects of the simvastatin treatment on the elderly patients with primary hypertention

Objective To investigate the effect of simvastatin treatment on the elderly patients with primary hypertension（PH） .Methods Sixth-six elderly PH patients were treatment with Amlodipine（5 mg/d） .After the blood presuee were decreased to mild hypertension level,all the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups：36 patients in the simvastatin group,and 30 patients in the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with low fat and low salt diet and Amlodipine as before,and the patients in the simvastatin group were treated not only with simvastatin 10 mg once a day and Amlodipine as before for 12 weeks.Results The SBP and pulse pressure（PP） were improved in both simvastatin and control groups,and simvastatin showed a better therapeutic effect,There were signicant differences between the two groups（P 0.05） then did the control.simvastatin group had SBP of（148±8,pretreatment） and（132±7,pretreatment） ,and PP of（64±9,pretreatment） and（49 ±9,posttreatment） ,There were signicant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05） .Control group showed SBP of（146±10） and（146±9） in pre-and post-treatment respectively,and showed PP of（63±10,pretreatment） and（63±9,posttreatment） （P〈0.05） .Conclusion Anti-hypertensive medications in a routine dose combined with simvastatin have a better effect on the hypertension treatment in elderly patients.
