自拟息风止眩汤治疗老年性眩晕126例的临床疗效观察

目的：观察自拟息风止眩汤治疗老年性眩晕的临床效果。方法：选取老年眩晕患者126例随机分为观察组（自拟息风止眩汤治疗组）和对照组（西药治疗组）各63例,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组63例患者中痊愈37例,显效17例,有效7例,总有效率为96.7%;对照组63例患者中痊愈5例,显效19例,有效21例,总有效率为71.4%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：自拟息风止眩汤治疗老年性眩晕效果理想,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the wind and just be dizzy from the Treatment of the clinical effects of old age vertigo.Methods Treated 126 cases of elderly patients with vertigo were randomly divided into two groups（with the Self Wind Zhixuan treatment group） and control group（WM） of the 63 cases,curative effects were observed and compared.Results In 63 patients,37 cases recovered,17 cases markedly effective in 7 cases,total effective rate was 96.7%;control group of 63 patients,5 cases were cured,19 cases were markedly effective in 21 cases,total effective rate was 71.4%.Significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01） .Conclusion Since the wind and just be dizzy vertigo effect Senile ideal,worthy of clinical use.
