| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切（TURBT）加羟基喜树碱治疗浅表性多发性膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法：对116例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切加术后羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注的治疗情况行回顾性分析。结果：116例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切加术后羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注,效果满意,总复发率为14.7%。结论：浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切加术后羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注是治疗膀胱肿瘤一种安全、简单、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of transurethral resection of bladder tumors（TURBT） combined with intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin after operation treating supercial bladder tumors.Methods 116 cases of TURBT combined with intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin after operation treating supercial bladder tumors was retrospectively analyzde.Results 116 cases underwent TURBT successfully,The recurrence rate were 14.7%.Conclusion TURBT combined with intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin is safe,minimal invasive,less complication,short convalescence,is a practical surgical procedure. |
