黄芪注射液辅助治疗老年性哮喘的疗效观察

目的:探讨黄芪注射液配合抗生素疗法治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法:将80例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为常规治疗组(单纯使用抗生素)和联用黄芪治疗组(黄芪治疗组),黄芪治疗组在常规疗法的基础上联用黄芪注射液治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果:黄芪治疗组显效率为76.19%,常规治疗组显效率为60.53%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上联用黄芪注射液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作能明显提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Astragalus injection treatment of senile asthma

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Huangqi injections con1bined with routine therapy on acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods 80 patients with acute attack of bronchia1 asthma were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in routine treatment group were treated by conventional therapy,however,the patients in Huangqi treatment group,on the basis of routine treatment,were treated with Huangqi injection.The therapeutic effects were observed.Results The effective rate in Huangqi group was 76.19%,which was 60.53% in rutine treatment group.Here was a significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion HuangQi injection combined with routine treatment can increase the therapeutic effect on acute attack of bronchial asthma.
