脑梗死患者近期预后与白细胞数、血糖值的关系

目的：观察脑梗死患者近期预后与白细胞数、血糖值的关系。方法：将376例经CT证实的急性脑梗死患者。据入院时按白细胞计数的不同、空腹血糖值,以及糖尿病病史等分组,并对其入院和出院时神经功能缺损程度进行评分,判断其疗效和预后。结果：高血糖组和糖尿病组治疗有效率明显低于于正常血糖组（均为P〈0.01）;高白细胞组的治疗有效率明显低于非高白细胞组（P〈0.01）。同时发现高白细胞组的病死率也明显高于非高白细胞组（P〈0.01）。结论：急性脑梗死患者的白细胞数、血糖值可作为估计近期预后的重要指标。

The relation of short-term prognosis with WBC count and blood sugar level in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the relation of short-term prognosis with WBC count and between blood sugar level in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 376 cases of acute cerebral infarction confirmed by CT were divided into different groups according to the the WBC count,the fasting blood glucose values and the history of diabetes at admission,observed the efficacy and prognosis by neurological deficit score. Results The efficacy rate of patients in high blood sugar group and diabetes group was significantly lower than normal glucose group（P〈0.01） . Hyperleukocytic treatment group was significantly lower than non-high-efficiency leukocyte group（P〈0.01） .The efficacy rate of patients in hyperleukocytic group was also significantly lower than normol WBC count group（P〈0.01） .Conclusion The WBC count and blood glucose level in patients with acute cerebral infarction maybe important factors of short-term prognosis.
