全髋关节置换术治疗股骨头缺血坏死

目的：探讨全髋关节置换术对于股骨头缺血坏死的治疗作用。方法：选择骨科治疗的股骨头缺血坏死患者48例（48髋）,在积极控制并发症的基础上,行全髋关节置换术,采用硬膜外麻醉或气管插管全身麻醉,术后应用抗生素及抗凝剂。观查并发症的发生情况。应用髋关节Harris评分评价治疗效果。结果：术后患者的Harris评分显著提高,患肢长度恢复良好,无肢体短缩、畸形等发生。患者无感染、下肢神经损伤、下肢深静脉血栓形成及关节脱位等并发症发生。结论：应用全髋关节置换术治疗股骨头缺血坏死疗效确切,并发症少,提高了患者的生活质量。

Observing the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty for femoral head necrosis

Objective To explore the effect of the Total hip arthroplasty for femoral head necrosis.Methods Selected 48 patients with avascular necrosis（48 hips） .based on the positive control Complications,all the patients treated by total hip arthroplasty,epidural anesthesia or general anesthesia,postoperative use antibiotics and anticoagulants.investigating the Fracture healing and the incidence of complications in patients.Application of Harris hip score for evaluation of treatment.Results After treatment,Harris score of patients is a signicant increase,limb length good recovery,no limb shortening,deformity fracture healing occurred.Patients without complications,such as infection,lower limb nerve injury,deep vein thrombosis and joint dislocation.Conclusion Application of total hip arthroplasty for avascular necrosis is effective,fewer complications,improved patient quality of life.
