米非司酮治疗子宫内膜息肉102例临床分析

目的:探讨米非司酮治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法:对102例通过超声和宫腔镜确诊的未行TCRP术或行TCRP术后的患者,应用小剂量米非司酮治疗EP或预防术后EP复发随访疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:32例单发小息肉仅应用小剂量米非司酮治疗完全治愈。65例行TCRP术后应用小剂量米非司酮随访6个月～1年以上无复发。9例应用小剂量米非司酮治疗息肉消失停药6～12个月复发。102例患者服药后均闭经。68例停药24～50d后月经周期恢复正常,其中36例围绝经期妇女应用后提前绝经。结论:小剂量米非司酮治疗EP或TCRP术后预防复发疗效肯定,小剂量米非司酮能治疗EP、降低EP的复发率,对围绝经期患者诱导绝经,生育期患者停药后月经恢复具有可逆性。所以是一种有效安全的治疗方法。

Mifepristone clinical analysis of 102 cases of polyps

Objective To study the effects of mifepristone treatment for endometrial cancer.Methods Confirmed by ultrasonography and hysteroscopy did not line or line of TCRP TCRP after surgery 102 patients,low dose mifepristone treatment or prevention of postoperative EP EP recurrence outcome is analyzed retrospectively.Results 32 patients with single small polyps and low-dose mifepristone treatment alone completely cured.65 after a routine low-dose mifepristone TCRP up in June～1 years without recurrence.9 cases mifepristone withdrawal from June to December recurrence of polyps disappear.After taking the 102 patients were amenorrhea.68 cases of withdrawal 24～50 days after the resumption of normal menstrual cycle,36 cases of perimenopausal women in early menopause after application.Conclusion Mifepristone EP or TCRP is effective and to prevent recurrence after surgery,Treatment of low-dose mifepristone EP,EP reduced the recurrence rate,On the induction of menopause in perimenopausal patients,Fertility restoration in patients with reversible after drug withdrawal period.Therefore,it is an effective and safe treatment.
