益柏外洗方的动物实验研究

目的：探讨益柏外洗方对动物皮肤的过敏性、刺激性及急性毒性。方法：大鼠30只,雌雄各半并随机分组;致敏接触受试药并观察大鼠机体免疫系统对益柏外洗方的反应,计算致敏率、评分,评估大鼠对益柏外洗方的过敏性。小鼠25只,雌雄兼用;两者均随机分组,刺激性实验用10只,急性毒性实验用15只。小鼠背部敷益柏外洗方后观察小鼠局部表现、全身中毒以及死亡情况,判断益柏外洗方对小鼠皮肤的刺激性和急性毒性。结果：大鼠敷药皮肤未见水肿红斑,其各项生理指标等均未见明显异常,表明益柏外洗方对大鼠免疫系统影响微小,无过敏性。两组用药小鼠敷药区皮肤及全身未见红斑和水肿等病变,证实益柏外洗方对小鼠皮肤急性毒性很小,无刺激性。结论：益柏外洗方对实验动物皮肤的急性毒性很小、无过敏性及刺激性,具有临床实用价值。

Animal experimental study for yi bo external lotion

Objective To explore the effects of excess Yi Bo External Lotion on the animal head skin for allergy,irritation and acute toxicity.Methods Prepare 30 rats,male and female half and half and were randomly assigned.Allergen exposure of rats to test drug＇s immune system response.Calculate the allergy rate.Assess the allergic of Yi Bo External Lotion for rat.25 mice＇s apply liniment to observe the partial performance,systemic toxicity and death situation of mice,to determine the Yi Bo External Lotion on skin irritation and acute toxicity.Results Treated rats has no edema or erythema,the other physical pattern show no obvious abnormalities,indicating that excess of Yi Bo External Lotion on the rat＇s immune system have little effect,no allergic.Skin of two groups of drug treated mice and no erythema and edema and other systemic diseases,conrmed the Yi Bo External Lotion on skin acute toxicity is very small,non-irritating.Conclusion The acute toxicity of Yi Bo External Lotion is very small,no allergic and irritant,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
