伴发脂代谢异常的男性精神分裂症患者认知功能研究

目的探讨合并脂代谢异常的慢性男性精神分裂症患者认知功能缺损特征。方法对48例伴有脂代谢异常（合并组）及41例无脂代谢异常（单纯组）的持续服用氯氮平超过2年的慢性住院精神分裂症患者进行阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、重复性成套神经心理状态测验（RBANS）及不良反应量表（TESS）评定，以了解其认知功能缺损情况。结果（1）两组之间PANss总分、各因子分及TESS总分均差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；（2）伴有脂代谢异常患者组在RBANS测验中，视觉空间因子分低于单纯组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论伴有脂代谢异常慢性精神分裂症患者存在更严重的认知功能损害，其以视觉空间记忆损害更明显。

The cognitive function of male schizophrenics with lipid dysregulation

Objective To explore the cognitive impairment in male chronic schizophrenics with lipid dysregulation. Methods The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） ,Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status （RBANS）and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale （TESS） were used to measure therapeutic efficacy,cognitive function and side effects in 48 male chronic schizophrenic inpatients and their lipid dysregulation （ the comorbidity group） and 41 chronic male inpatients with schizophrenia but without lipid dysregulation （ the control group）, who had received clozapine treatment more than 2 years. Results （1）No significant difference was found in the scores of PANSS and TESS between the two groups （P 〉 0.05） ; （2）There were significant differences in visuospatial factor scores of RBANS between two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The schizophrenics with lipid dysregulation have more severe visual spatial memory impairment than those without lipid dysregulation.
