| 摘 要： | 目的探究剖宫产妇女心理状况，分析原因寻求护理对策。方法对862例住院剖宫产妇女采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行心身症状的调查。结果剖宫产妇女主要表现有抑郁、焦虑等心身症状。结论护理人员应重视她们的心理健康状况，加强病人及家属的健康宣教，利用社会支持系统改善剖宫产妇女的心理健康状况。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore psychological state of cesarean section women , analyze the reasons and seek care measures. Methods 862 cases of cesarean section women were investigated by SCL-90 symptom assessment scale to understand the psychosomatic symptoms. Results Cesarean section women mainly had depression, anxiety and other psychosomatic symptoms. Conclusion Nurses should pay attention to their psychological health status, enhance the health education between patients and families and with social support systems improve the mental health status of cesarean section women. |
