| 摘 要： | 女性血清瘦素水平伴随青春期发育而升高 ;男性血清瘦素水平在G2 期 (Tanner分期 )达峰值后逐步下降 ,G5期再次升高。瘦素可能有启动和促进女性青春期发育的作用。对于男性可能有促进作用 ,但启动青春期的作用不显著。 |

| Abstract: | level in girls was progressively increasing during development of puberty, but in boys it reached the peak at G 2 stage (Tanner stages) and then gradually decreased and again increased at G 5 stage. The observation suggests that leptin may play a role in triggering and promoting puberty in girls and only in promoting puberty development in boys. |
