腺样体切除联合鼓膜穿刺术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎

目的 分析对儿童分泌性中耳炎患儿采用腺样体切除术与鼓膜穿刺术联合进行治疗的临床效果.方法 收集本科室2014年3月至2016年3月间接收的患分泌性中耳炎的120例患儿,均经保守治疗无明显改善,根据随机数字表法将患儿随机分成两组:对照组包含60例(96耳)患儿,单纯施行鼓膜穿刺术进行治疗;观察组包含60例(90耳)患儿,施行腺样体切除术与鼓膜穿刺术联合进行治疗.治疗结束后对两组患儿的临床疗效进行评估分析,且术后通过随访观察两组患儿的感染和复发情况.结果 观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为91.67％,明显高于对照组的77.78％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两组患儿术后均行3月～1年的随访观察,平均随访时间为(6.17±0.75)月.观察组患儿的术后感染率为5.21％,明显低于对照组术后的感染率(17.78％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患儿的术后复发率为3.13％,明显低于对照组术后的复发率(14.44％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对分泌性中耳炎患儿采用腺样体切除术与鼓膜穿刺术联合进行治疗疗效显著,可有效降低患儿的术后感染、复发风险,值得进一步推广.

Adenoid excision combined with auripuncture for children with secretory otitis media

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of adenoid excision combined with auripuncture for children with secretory otitis media.Methods 120 children suffering from secretory otitis media and conservatively treated but without obvious improvement were selected and were randomly divided into a control group (60 case and 96 ears) and an observation group (60 cases and 90 ears) using random number table method.The control group were treated by auripuncture and the observation group by auripuncture and adenoid excision.After the treatment,the clinical efficacies of both groups were evaluated and analyzed and the infection and recurrence of both groups were observed.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate was 91.67％in the observation group and was 77.78％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Both groups were followed up 3 months to 1 year (6.17±0.75) months] after the operation.The postoperative infection rate was 5.21％ in the observation group and was 17.78％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The postoperative recurrence rate was 3.13％ in the observation group and was 14.44％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Adenoid excision combined with auripuncture for children with secretory otitis media is significantly effective and can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative infection and recurrence,so it is worth being generalized.
