西格列汀联合预混胰岛素治疗血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者的临床研究

目的 探讨西格列汀联合预混胰岛素治疗血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的有效性及安全性.方法 选取胰岛素治疗不佳的T2DM患者72例,随机分为对照组35例和试验组37例,试验组加用西格列汀口服.治疗12周后比较两组患者的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血糖变异度、胰岛素用量、低血糖事件、体重指数(BMI).结果 与对照组相比,试验组HbA1c下降[(7.1±0.9)％vs.(7.8±1.1)％,P＜ 0.05]、血糖变异度减低[(0.24±0.09) vs.(0.35±0.12),P＜0.05]、胰岛素用量减少[(0.38±0.27) U/(kg·d)vs.(0.51±0.35) U/(kg·d),P＜0.05],低血糖事件减少[(0.90±0.40) vs.(2.10±1.20),P＜0.05],BMI无明显变化[(25.10±2.90) kg/m2 vs.(26.70±4.40) kg/m2,P＞0.05].结论 西格列汀联合预混胰岛素治疗T2DM患者安全且更加有效.

Sitagliptin combined with premixed insulin for type 2 diabetic patients whose blood glucose was inadequately controlled

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of sitagliptin combined with premixed insulin for type 2 diabetic patients whose blood glucose was inadequately controlled.Methods 72 type 2 diabetic patients whose blood glucose was inadequately controlled were randomly divided into a control group (n=35) and a trial group (n=37).In addition,the trial group orally took sitagliptin.After 12 weeks' treatment,the HbAlc,glucose variability,average daily doses of insulin,hypoglycemic events,and body mass index(BMI) were compared between these two groups.Results Compared with those in the control group,the HbAlc [(7.1±0.9)％ vs.(7.80±1.10)％,P ＜ 0.05],glucose variability [(0.24±0.09) vs.(0.35±0.12),P ＜ 0.05],average daily doses of insulin [(0.38±0.27) U/(kg · d) vs.(0.51±0.35) U/(kg · d),P ＜ 0.05],and hypoglycemic events [(0.90±0.40) vs.(2.10±1.20),P ＜ 0.05] were lower and the BMI [(25.10±2.90) kg/m2 vs.(26.70±4.40) kg/m2,P ＞ 0.05] was not statistically different in the trial group.Conclusion Sitagliptin combined with premixed insulin for type 2 diabetic patients whose blood glucose is inadequately controlled is safe and effective.
