围术期护理联合呼吸功能训练对经支气管镜球囊扩张治疗的结核性气道狭窄患者依从性及生活质量的影响

目的 分析呼吸功能训练对经支气管镜球囊扩张治疗的结核性气道狭窄患者依从性及生活质量的影响.方法 选取2014年1月至2016年2月在本院治疗的结核性气道狭窄患者88例,将其动态随机化分2组,研究组和对照组各44例.所有患者均行支气管镜下球囊扩张治疗.两组患者都给予围手术期护理,研究组患者在此基础上给予呼吸功能训练.结果 研究组患者总依从率88.64％,而对照组为65.91％,两组之间存在统计学差异(P＜0.05).研究组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 采用围术期护理联合呼吸功能训练能提高结核性气道狭窄患者行支气管球囊扩张术的依从性,改善生活质量,可以在临床上广泛应用.

The effect of perioperative nursing combined with respiratory function training on the compliance and quality of life of the patients with tuberculous airway stenosis treated by balloon dilatation with fiexible bronchofiberscope

Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing combined with respiratory function training on the compliance and quality of life of the patients with tuberculous airway stenosis treated by balloon dilatation with fiexible bronchofiberscope.Methods 88 patients with tuberculous bronchial stenosis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 were recruited,and randomly divided into study group and control group,44 patients in each group.All patients were treated by balloon dilation with fiexible bronchofiberscope.Both two groups were given perioperative nursing intervention,and study group was given respiratory function training on the basis.Results The total compliance rate of study group was 88.64％,and that of control group was 65.91％,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,and material life in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing combined with respiratory function training can improve the compliance and the quality of life of patients with tuberculous bronchial stenosis tread by balloon dilatation with fiexible bronchofiberscope,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
