摘 要: | 目的 分析匹多莫德辅助治疗小儿反复下呼吸道感染的疗效及对免疫指标的影响.方法 以本院收治的212例反复下呼吸道感染患儿为观察对象,根据治疗方案分为观察组和对照组各106例.对照组采用常规对症治疗,包括止咳、化痰、抗感染等;观察组在对照组的基础上加用匹多莫德治疗两个月.对比两组免疫指标的变化及一年的复发次数.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为85.85%,显著高于对照组的72.64% (P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后体内体液免疫指标(IgG、IgA、IgM)和细胞免疫指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05).结论 应用匹多莫德治疗小儿反复下呼吸道感染能辅助恢复患儿机体免疫功能,缓解病情、显著提高治疗有效率,降低反复发作次数.

Curative effect of pidotimod in recurrent lower respiratory tract infection in children and its influence on immune function |

Abstract: | Objective To analyze the curative effect ofpidotimod in the adjuvant treatment of recurrent lower respiratory tract infection in children and its influence on immune indicators.Methods 212 children with recurrent lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital were selected as the object of observation,and divided into observation group and control group of 106 cases in each group according to the treatment program.Control group received conventional symptomatic treatment,including relieving cough,reducing phlegm,anti-infection,and observation group received pidotimod treatment on the basis of control group for two months.Compared the changes of immune indicators and the frequency of recurrence in one year of two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 85.85%,significantly higher than 76.76% of control group (P<0.05).The levels of humoral immune indexes (IgG,IgA,IgM) and cellular immune indexes (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+) in observation group aiter treatment were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Pidotimod in the treatment of recurrent lower respiratory tract infection in children can help to restore immune function,alleviate the condition,significantly improve the efficiency,and reduce the frequency of recurrence. |
