益肺补气方联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘患者效果观察及对患者炎症因子的影响

目的 探讨益肺补气方联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘患者的效果及对患者炎症因子的影响.方法 将支气管哮喘患者82例随机分为对照组和研究组,各41例.对照组应用孟鲁司特钠治疗,研究组在孟鲁司特钠基础上结合益肺补气方治疗.两组均治疗2周.结果 两组治疗总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组治疗2周咳嗽和喘息症状积分较治疗前减少,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组治疗2周咳嗽和喘息症状积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组治疗2周FEV1、PEF较治疗前增加,且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组治疗2周FEV1、PEF显著高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组治疗2周hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-18水平较治疗前减少,且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组治疗2周hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-18水平显著低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组用药期间均未见严重药物不良反应.结论 益肺补气方联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘患者效果明显,可降低炎症因子hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-18水平,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用.

Yifei Buqi Recipe combined with montelukast sodium in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma and its effect on inflammatory factors

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yifei Buqi Recipe combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods 82 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into a control group (n=41) and a study group (n=41).The control group were treated with montelukast sodium;and in addition,the study group were treated with Yifei Buqi Recipe.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Results There was statistical difference in total effective rate between these two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The cough and wheezing symptom score was significantly lower 2 weeks after than before the treatments in both groups and was in the study group than in the control group 2 weeks after treatment,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The FEV1 and PEF were significantly higher 2 weeks after than before the treatments in both groups and were in the study group than in the control group 2 weeks after treatment,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,and IL-18 were lower 2 weeks after than before the treatments in both groups and were in the study group than in the control group 2 weeks after treatment,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups during the treatment course.Conclusions Yifei Buqi Recipe combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma is effective,can decrease the levels of inflammatory cytokines,such as hs-CRP,IL-6,and IL-18,and has no obvious adverse reactions,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
