层级护理对子宫肌瘤患者术后康复的效果评价

目的 评价层级护理对子宫肌瘤患者术后康复的效果.方法 将96例子宫肌瘤患者纳入研究,随机分为两组,各48例.于术后康复期间对照组患者实施一般护理,观察组患者则实施层级护理,对比两组术后康复效果.结果 在各项术后康复指标上,观察组均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(10.42％ vs.22.92％)(P＜0.05).观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(95.83％ vs.70.83％) (P＜0.05).结论 子宫肌瘤患者术后康复期间实施层级护理效果显著,值得采纳应用.

Effect evaluation of hierarchical nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with uterine myoma

Objective To evaluate the effect of hierarchical nursing care on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with uterine myoma.Methods 96 cases of uterine fibroids were included in the study,and randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.During the postoperative rehabilitation period,patients in control group received general care,while patients in observation group received hierarchical nursing care.Compared postoperative rehabilitation effect of two groups.Results The postoperative rehabilitation indexes of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 10.42％,significantly lower than 22.92％ in control group (P＜0.05).Patients' satisfaction degree to nursing care in observation group was 95.83％,obviously higher than 70.83％ in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of hierarchical nursing care in patients with uterine fibroids during the rehabilitation period is remarkable,worthy of application.
