左旋精氨酸与硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的效果研究

目的 研究左旋精氨酸与硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压的临床治疗效果.方法 采用随机分组的方式将2014年1月至2015年1月来本院就诊的妊娠期高血压患者100例随机分为两组,每组50例,其中观察组患者采用左旋精氨酸和硫酸镁联合治疗,对照组采用硫酸镁单独治疗,在治疗过程中对两组患者的治疗效果和不良反应进行对比.结果 观察组患者治疗效果显著高于对照组(94.0％ vs.74.0％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(12.0％ vs.82.0％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对于妊娠期高血压患者应用左旋精氨酸和硫酸镁联合治疗方法,其治疗效果显著,并且不良反应发生概率低,在临床上值得推广.

The effect of L-arginine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension

Objective To study the clinical effect of L-arginine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 100 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with L-argininc and magnesium sulfate,control group was treated with magnesium sulfate alone.The treatment effect and adverse reactions in the course of treatment of two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (94.0％ vs.74.0％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (12.0％ vs.82.0％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion L-arginine and magnesium sulfate has significant clinical effect in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension,with low incidence of adverse reactions,worth popularizing in clinic.
