抚触护理对新生儿排便、奶量及高胆红素血症的影响

目的 评价抚触护理对新生儿排便、奶量及高胆红素血症的影响.方法 将72例高胆红素血症新生患儿纳入研究,均实施抚触护理,比较护理前后新生儿排便、奶量及高胆红素血症情况.结果 与护理前相比,护理后新生儿排便、奶量及高胆红素血症指标均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 抚触护理有助于新生儿排便功能的改善、奶量的增加及高胆红素血症的缓解;因此,值得采纳应用.

Effect of touching nursing care on milk amount and neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and defecation

Objective To evaluate the effect of touching nursing care on milk amount and neonatal defecation and hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 72 newborn children with hyperbilirubinemia were included into the study and all received touching nursing care.The milk amount and neonatal defecation and hyperbilirubinemia were compared between before and after the nursing care.Results The milk amount and neonatal defecation and hyperbilirubinemia were better after than before the nursing care,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Touching nursing care is helpful in improving neonatal bowel function,increasing milk amount,and relieving hyperbilirubinemia;therefore,it is worth being applied.
