彩色超声诊断疤痕子宫合并前置胎盘并植入的临床效果

目的 探讨彩色超声诊断疤痕子宫合并前置胎盘并植入的临床效果.方法 选取2014年1月至2015年1月于本院就诊的疤痕子宫合并前置胎盘并植入患者共44例,随机分为观察组(22例)和对照组(22例),对照组B超检查,观察组彩色超声检查,分析比较两组诊断符合率.结果 观察组诊断符合率90.9％,对照组50.0％.结论 彩色超声诊断疤痕子宫合并前置胎盘并植入诊断符合率较高,具有很高的特异性和灵敏性,为临床治疗提供可靠的参考数据,提高治疗效果,在临床上有使用和推广的价值.

Color ultrasound in diagnosis of scar uterine complicated with placenta previa and implantation

Objective To explore the clinical effect of color ultrasound in the diagnosis of scar uterine complicated with placenta previa and implantation.Methods 44 patients with scar uterine complicated with placenta previa and implantation treated at our hospital from January,2014 to January,2015 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,22 for each group.The control group were checked by B ultrasound and the observation group by color ultrasound.The diagnostic coincident rates were compared between these two groups.Results The diagnostic coincident rate was 90.9％ in the observation group and was 50.0％ in the control group.Conclusions Color ultrasound in the diagnosis of scar uterine complicated with placenta previa and implantation has high diagnostic coincident rate,specificity,and sensitivity and provide some references for clinical treatment and improve treatment effect,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
