新生儿呼吸衰竭重症监护中综合护理干预的应用效果分析

目的 剖析新生儿呼吸衰竭重症监护中应用综合护理干预的效果.方法 择取本院重症监护室2014年3月至2015年10月接收的呼吸衰竭患儿共54例,利用电脑随机盲法,将54例患儿分成研究组与对照组,每组27例.研究组应用综合护理干预,对照组应用常规护理.观察两组患者病情康复情况,比较家属满意度与病死率.结果 研究组总有效率为96.3％、病死率为0.0％,对照组分别为77.78％、7.41％,研究组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组患儿家属的满意度为92.59％,对照组为66.67％,研究组明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 将综合护理干预积极用于新生儿呼吸衰竭重症监护中,有利于患儿病情的康复以及护患友好关系的建立.

The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in intensive care for neonatal respiratory failure

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in intensive care for neonatal respiratory failure.Methods 54 children with respiratory failure in intensive care unit of our hospital from March 2014 to October 2015 were selected,and divided into research group and control group,27 cases in each group.Research group received comprehensive nursing intervention,while control group received routine nursing.Observed disease situation of two groups,family members' satisfaction,and the mortality.Results The total effective rate of research group was 96.3％,the mortality rate was 0.0％,those of control group were 77.78％,7.41％ respectively,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).The family members' satisfaction of research group was 92.59％,that of control group was 66.67％,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied in intensive care for neonatal respiratory failure,is conducive to children's rehabilitation of condition,the establishment of friendly relationship between nurses and patients.
