早期康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫的临床效果观察

目的 分析对小儿脑瘫患儿施行早期康复训练进行治疗的临床效果.方法 收集本院2014年1月至2016年1月接诊的患小儿脑瘫的120例患儿,根据随机双色球分组法将患儿随机分成两组,对照组60例患儿施行常规临床治疗,研究组60例息儿施行早期康复训练进行治疗.观察及比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果.结果 研究组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(96.67％vs.71.67％) (P＜0.05),且研究组患儿DQ评分中的精细运动评分(89.15±13.12)、粗运动评分(93.35±17.95)、适应性评分(99.05±17.25)、语言评分(95.61±16.12)及社交评分(96.51±19.14)等均明显较对照组高(P＜0.05).结论 对小儿脑瘫患儿施行早期康复训练进行治疗疗效显著,促进患儿的健康发育,值得临床进一步推广.

Observation of clinical effect of early rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy

Objective To probe into the clinical effects of early rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 120 children with cerebral palsy who accepted treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were collected,and divided into two groups according to the random Shuangseqiu grouping method.60 children in control group underwent routine clinical treatment,while 60 children in study group underwent early rehabilitation training treatment.Then,the clinical treatment effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (96.67％ vs.71.67％,P＜0.05).Fine motor score,coarse motion score,adaptability score,language score,social score of DQ score in study group [(89.15±13.12),(93.35±17.95),(99.05±17.25),(95.61±16.12),(96.51±19.14)] were significantly higher than those in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of early rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy is significant,which can promote the healthy development of children,thus it is worthy to be further promoted in the clinic.
