综合护理干预在产后女性盆底功能障碍所致便秘患者中的应用

目的 探讨综合护理干预在产后女性盆底功能障碍所致便秘患者中的应用.方法 选择2014年1月至2016年1月期间收治的100例盆底功能性疾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组患者实施常规护理;观察组患者给予系统的盆底功能康复干预、心理护理等综合护理干预.观察两组患者干预前后便秘症状改善情况(包括排便间隔时间、排便时间、便质、便状、便感、排便方式).结果 观察组干预后排便间隔时间、排便时间、便质、便状、便感、排便方式等各项症状评分明显优于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组干预后各项症状评分排便时间为(1.32±1.00)、便质便状为(0.20±0.03)、便感为(0.22±0.04)、排便方式为(0.00±0.00),对照组分别为(1.58±0.83)、(0.56±0.13)、(0.88±0.15)、(0.77±0.20),观察组各项症状评分明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理干预能够改善产后女性盆底功能障碍所致便秘症状,提高产后女性生活质量,值得临床推广.

The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in constipation caused by postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction

Objective To investigate the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in constipation caused by postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods 100 cases of pelvic floor functional diseases admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as research subjects,and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.Control group received conventional nursing,while observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention including systematic pelvic floor rehabilitation intervention,psychological care.Observed the constipation symptoms improved conditions of two groups before and after the intervention (defecation time interval,defecation time,excrement quality and excrement shape,excrement feel,defecation mode).Results The scores of defecation time interval,defecation time,excrement quality and excrement shape,excrement feel,defecation mode in observation group after the intervention were significantly better than those before the intervention,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The scores of defecation time,excrement quality and excrement shape,excrement feel,defecation mode in observation group after the intervention were (1.32±1.00),(0.20±0.03),(0.22±0.04),(0.00±0.00),those in control group were (1.58±0.83),(0.56±0.13),(0.88±0.15),(0.77±0.20),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve constipation symptoms caused by postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,improve postpartum life quality,worthy of promotion.
