负压封闭引流在下肢骨折皮肤软组织缺损中的应用效果观察

目的 探讨负压封闭引流在下肢骨折皮肤软组织缺损中的治疗效果.方法 选择本院收治的下肢骨折合并皮肤软组织缺损患者共60例,随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组采用负压封闭引流治疗,对照组采用常规引流技术治疗.观察两组患者皮肤软组织缺损治疗后的治疗效果,观察两组骨折愈合情况,记录并发症发生情况.结果 观察组皮肤软组织缺损治疗效果总有效率高于对照组(93.3％ vs.63.3％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组良好愈合、延迟愈合及不愈合所致比例分别与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(6.7％vs.30.0％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 负压封闭引流有助于下肢骨折皮肤软组织缺损愈合,降低并发症发生率,效果显著.

Application effect of vacuum sealing drainage in skin and soft tissue defects of patients with lower limb fracture

Objective To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage on skin and soft tissue defects of patients with lower limb fracture.Methods 60 patients with skin and soft tissue defects and lower limb fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage,while control group was treated with conventional drainage.The treatment effect in two groups was observed,the incidence of complications was recorded.Results The total effective rate of skin and soft tissue defects in observation group (93.3％) was higher than that in control group (63.3％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the rates of good healing,delayed healing,and nonunion between observation group and control group (P＞0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group (6.7％) was lower than that in control group (30％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage can help to heal skin and soft tissue defects of lower limb fracture,and reduce the incidence of complications.
