阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗心肌梗塞患者效果分析

目的 分析与探究阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗心肌梗塞患者的效果.方法 将本院2014年7月至2015年6月收治的88例心肌梗塞患者作为本次研究对象,依据患者的入院顺序将其分为实验组45例与对照组43例.实验组阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗,对照组阿司匹林治疗.对比两组总有效率与不良反应发生率.结果 实验组总有效率84.45％,对照组65.12％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).实验组不良反应发生率4.44％,对照组6.98％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗心肌梗塞患者效果明显,且安全性较高,是治疗心肌梗塞疾病的优选方法,可在临床中推广应用.

Aspirin combined with clopidogrel for patients with myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel for patients with myocardial infarction.Methods 88 patients with myocardial infarction treated at our hospital from July,2014 to June,2015 were selected as study objects and were divided into an experimental group (n=45) and a control group (n=43) according to the sequence of hospitalization.The experimental group were treated with aspirin and clopidogrel and the control group with aspirin.The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate was 84.45％ in the experimental group and was 65.12％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.44％ in the the experimental group and was 6.98％ in the control group,with no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Aspirin combined with clopidogrel for patients with myocardial infarction is obviously effective and highly safe.It is a good choice for myocardial infarction and worth being clinically generalized.
